1. Parties and Scope
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) regulate the procedures and principles regarding the use of the website www.truaxis.energy (“Site”) operated by Kıraç Metal (“Company” or “Site Owner”). All natural and legal persons (“User”) who visit, view, benefit from the content of the Site and/or contact the Company through the Site are deemed to have read and accepted these Terms.
In accordance with the Company’s declaration, the Site is intended solely for promotional and informational purposes. The Site is not intended for selling products/services, receiving payments, creating membership accounts, or establishing online contracts. Therefore, unless explicitly stated otherwise, the information contained on the Site does not constitute any binding offer, commitment, or guarantee.
