In this context, if data is transferred abroad, the conditions stipulated in Article 9 of the KVKK (adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards/standard contract, etc., and explicit consent where necessary) will be followed. Depending on the technical architecture and modules used, the legal basis and method of transfer abroad will also be documented.
7. Your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data has been processed, request information about it if it has been processed, learn the purpose of the processing and whether it has been used in accordance with that purpose, know the third parties to whom it has been transferred within or outside the country, request its correction if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly, request the deletion/destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in the KVKK, request that the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred be notified of the actions taken, object to the emergence of a result against you through analysis exclusively by automated systems, and request compensation for any damage you may have suffered due to unlawful processing.
